Hey family! I just wanted to post this cute picture I took yesterday at a mission farewell for one of our good friend's son, Jordan Bylund. I think I have talked about them before to most of you. Anyway, he was called to serve in the Independence, Missouri mission speaking American Sign Language. Awesome, huh? He took ASL all through high school and requested it on his papers. It's a pretty rare and unique experience to be called to that kind of mission. I am super happy for him.
Anyway, I loved this picture of two of my handsome boys and thought I would share...
It's good to see Alex smiling again. I just wish he would cut his hair. LOL
Love you all so much!
That's a fabulous picture! So exciting for Jordan. Nate is bored, eh? Caleb is too, so why do we not have them getting together?!
ReplyDeleteThat's a good question! We need to plan something for them soon.
DeleteSo happy to read everyone's comments. We are out of data so can't use the internet for a few days so I'm typing on my phone, which I'm horrible at. First world problems! We are having a good week. We have another baptism Saturday, a lady who is coming to Salt Lake City next week. Her name is Irma and Amy knows the story. She speaks limited English (she's from Mexico) so are hoping she will contact Amy and Rob. We helped convince her to get baptized before she comes out there so are very excited.
ReplyDeleteI decided to publish that comment before going on.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad to see Alex smiling also. What a great picture of those two boys.
Megan s blog about math was so funny. We know you can do it! One day at a time like everything else.
Hope all the bored boys can get together soon. Hope everyone's summer is going well.
I will miss fireworks on the 4th. We're going to a barbecue but have an appointment later. But it's great to be busy.
We met our new Mission President today. Great people.
Keep on blogging!
